Mileage follows one simple rule.
- Daily rentals: 250 km a day on economy cars, 200 km a day on luxury cars.
- Weekly rentals: 1,400 km a week.
- Monthly rentals: up to 4,000 km a month.
- Extra kilometers: AED 1.85 per km on economy cars, AED 4.85 per km on luxury cars.

Driving to Oman
Oman is allowed only with prior approval. You need Oman insurance and documents, and we need 2 days’ notice.

- Salik: Salik is charged at the current RTA rate for each crossing, with nothing added. No admin fee.
- Traffic fines: billed at actual amount. No markup, no admin fee.

If Something Goes Wrong on the Road
All our cars are fully insured. We offer 24/7 roadside assistance with a replacement car.
After an accident, call the police and get a police report. Then call or WhatsApp us. Our public relations officer helps with the police and the paperwork.
If the police report shows the accident was not your fault, you pay nothing towards it. If it is your fault, you pay an excess based on the car. Our team confirms the excess for your car before you book.
Before You Set Off
- Drivers must be 23 or older. Drivers aged 20 to 22 need management approval.
- Delivery is free anywhere in Dubai, with no minimum rental, and we deliver within 20 minutes.
- Free cancellation any time before handover.
