About Prox Rentals
Prox Rentals has been renting cars in Dubai since 1998. We are a family-run business, and a human answers every call and every message.
Our office is at Al Asayel St, Al Thanyah Fourth, Dubai. We rent self-drive cars only: economy cars, sedans, SUVs, 4x4s, pickups and luxury cars, by the day, week or month. Our fleet has 85+ cars, and each listed model usually has 3 to 4 identical cars.
We confirm the car, the price and the terms before you book. Delivery is free anywhere in Dubai, with no minimum rental, and we deliver within 20 minutes. All our cars are fully insured. We have a 100% satisfaction record for returning deposits on time.
Prox Rentals is operated by Prox Car Rental LLC.

How It Works: 3 Steps
1. Choose Your Car
Pick the car that suits your trip: a sedan, SUV, 4x4, pickup or luxury car. Each car page shows real photos of our own cars and the rate, or "Rate on WhatsApp".
2. Send Your Documents
Send us your documents on WhatsApp. Not sure about your license? Send us a photo and we will tell you. Our staff check the documents at handover.
3. Confirm & Drive
A person confirms the car, the price and the terms. We deliver the car anywhere in Dubai within 20 minutes, or you collect it from our office.
Why Choose Prox Rentals?
No hidden charges
Every cost is shared with you before you book. Your bill can include only the rate, 5% VAT, Salik crossings, traffic fines from your rental and extra kilometers above your allowance.
Free delivery in 20 minutes
Delivery is free anywhere in Dubai, with no minimum rental, and we deliver within 20 minutes. You can also collect the car from our office.
What you see is what you get
Car pages show real photos of our own cars. You get the model, year and color shown. Each listing stands for 3 to 4 identical cars, so the plate may differ.
A clear security hold
Daily and weekly rentals have a refundable hold of AED 1,000 for UAE residents and AED 1,500 for tourists, on a credit card or in cash. Monthly rentals have no deposit.
A person confirms every booking
Reservations go by WhatsApp or phone. A person confirms the car, the price and the terms before you book.
A human answers 24/7
Calls and WhatsApp messages are answered by a person, never by a bot. If you need help on the road, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance with a replacement car.
