What you pay
Every rate excludes 5% VAT. A refundable security hold applies: AED 1,000 for UAE residents and AED 1,500 for tourists. The hold goes on a credit card (debit cards are not accepted), or you can leave a cash deposit instead. The bank releases the hold about 15 working days after you return the car.
Salik is charged at the current RTA rate for each crossing, with nothing added. Traffic fines are billed at the actual amount, with no markup and no admin fee. No hidden charges: every cost is shared with you before you book.
Who can rent
Drivers aged 23 or older. Drivers aged 20 to 22 need management approval, and we do not rent to drivers under 20. Tourists need a passport and a valid driving license. UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a UAE driving license. Not sure about your license? Send us a photo and we will tell you.
How to book
Send us the car and your dates on WhatsApp, or call +971 50 379 6333. A person confirms the car, the price and the terms before you book. A human answers 24/7.
