1. Eligibility
- The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years (or as specified for certain luxury models).
- A valid UAE Driving License is required for UAE residents.
- Tourists must provide a passport copy, visit visa copy, and International Driving Permit (IDP).
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment or a security deposit may be required before the vehicle is handed over.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, or Online Payment.
- Prices may change during peak seasons without prior notice.
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
- Deposits are returned within 21–30 working days (depending on traffic fines or RTA updates).
- Fines, Salik (toll), or damages will be deducted before refund.
4. Vehicle Usage
- The vehicle must only be driven by authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement.
- Off-road driving, racing, drifting, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
- The renter is responsible for any damage caused due to negligence or misuse.
5. Mileage Policy
- Daily, weekly, and monthly rentals come with limited mileage as per your booking.
- Extra mileage will incur additional charges per kilometer.
6. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
- Low fuel returns will result in refueling charges.
7. Insurance
- All vehicles come with basic insurance.
- Full insurance or additional coverage may be available at extra cost.
- Insurance does not cover:
- Driver negligence
- Off-road or racing damage
- Alcohol or drug-influenced driving
- Unauthorized drivers
8. Delivery & Pickup
- Free delivery may be available within Dubai depending on the car model.
- Extra charges may apply for delivery outside Dubai or late-night requests.
9. Traffic Violations
- The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, tolls (Salik), parking charges, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
10. Breakdown & Accidents
- In case of an accident:
- Inform the police immediately.
- Obtain a police report (mandatory for insurance claims).
- Without a police report, the renter is fully liable for all damages.
11. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur charges.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds for prepaid bookings depend on company policy and timing.
12. Liability
- The company is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or breakdowns beyond our control.
13. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
